Returns

-You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

-To be eligible for a return, you must first request a return by contacting us at support@mesmoo.com

-We do not accept items sent back to us without prior return authorization.

-To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

-Certain items are non-returnable, such as:

     *Gift cards

     *Downloadable digital products

     *Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds

-Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

-If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@mesmoo.com.

Shipping Your Return

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

-Check your bank account again.

-Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
